About
"The AU" is a wonderful series of comics by Irrel based on the Nick cartoon Avatar: The Last Airbender. It focuses mostly on Katara and Zuko, but there's appearances by lots of other characters like Sokka, Jin, Jet, Azula, Haru, etc. The comic originated on September 28th, 2006 and was supposed to just be a challenge for the community, but it soon grew popular and Irrel even made a website that hosts all her comic strips and all the other fanart and fanfiction written for it. She also posted a journal entry on her DeviantArt account that focuses solely on her comics, which is what this fanlisting is for.
Updates
01/28/08: The fanlisting has now been open over a year! Thanks to all the members. :D Speaking of members, we've got a new one (Satu).
10/06/07: Added two new members (Lindsay and Lisa).
05/21/07: No new members unfortunately, but I got the fanlisting approved by TheFanlistings.org, so whoo. :D
01/24/07: Added one new member. Also, Irrel posted a new AU drawing and you can check it out here.
01/23/07: Added the first four members.
01/22/07: Opened the website!
